I think I have HYPOCHONDRIASIS ~ Need advice on what to take

I am a married and 29 yrs with 3 little children. I think I might have hypochondraiasis....I misinterpret bodily symptoms, and I become preoccupied with ideas or fears of having a serious illness. From that, I been having loose bowels, maybe once every 24-48 hours. I am nervous, have weight loss, depressed....Any thing to take for depression or anxiety? Help...thanks!

I took a sip of my husband's coffee yesterday and totally forgot! Will that antidote what I took on thursday? What food or drinks is one suppose to avoid when taking homeopathic meds?

Do not worry, the sip of coffee will not effect the given medicine.

I am not feeling any better....i was looking at the Remedy Finder...and Ars Alb looks more like what I am feeling. Although I am not a perfessional homeopathic doctor.

Did you have success with this med with my condition?

Thanks
