No or a little facial hair

Hello doctor ,
I am arsenal from India I am 26 , I have a little facial hair , small testicles ,low semen in terms of volume ,I also get diagonised in the past from one of the india's leading medical institute they name it hypogonatropic hypogonadism . for that they prescribed me to take an injection of testiviron 250 mg from jan 2014 I am regularly taking it every month but see no positive result actually it works but very slow I mean only a bit of facial hair . I have strong desire for sex masterbate 2times a week but feel ashamed when ejaculate . it is not genetical disease as everyone in my family is normal . please help my life is full of depression
