sir currently I am thinking if this disease does not cure I have to go for surgery which has not 100% success rate that means fear and I have stop eating rice just eating soup, vegetables because of fear if the stool is hard I will die these are,the feelings I always have in my mind.
discharge color is watery and may I post a picture of my gauze which will be helpful for medication.

if i can keep my stool soft then May i eat all food like beef, mutton, Hilsa, Shrimp, pumpkin etc

Dear sir,
I have taken merc sol 200c one time daily for 3 days but improvement is not so remarkable. still now there is burning and pain after stool passing but duration of burning and pain has decreased to 5 to 6 hours from about 10 hours but this improvement is for last day still today is burning and paining& don't know how much time it will stay.
the gauze which is outside of my anus has been little bigger than earlier and only this gauze burns and pains me after stool passing.
please help me for next course of action.

Please take Hypericum 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 1 time a day, for 5 days.
Please also take Natrum Phos 6X, 4 tablets, after each meal, for 5 days.

update after 4 days,
Dear sir,
it is to let you know that I have taken natrum phos 6x and hypericum 200c for 4 days and still 1 day remaining, now I want to let you know the update...
the gauze which is outer side of anus still pains after stool passing and when there is 2 or 3 times stool passing then it pains more, usually it pains 5-10 hours after stool passing, now will I continue for next one day or any other instructions.
please help me.

2 or 3 times I need to go bathroom but not everyday, for example 1day in week I feel to go bathroom 2 or 3 times, pls help

sellers are saying they have nux vomica 200, & if it is 200c then they are offering me 200x100=10000.
as per their opinion, c=100, so 100 will be multiplied with 200.
I am confused and on trouble, or 200c power medicine may not be available in Bangladesh.

another symptom I would like to share with you that after stool passing there is pain like burning at the gauze which is outer side of my anus& after few hours burning the gauze is heated and after sometimes there is a discharge of bad smell like pus but color is not recognized because discharge is very little in amount& the gauze is wet only, after discharging burning is reduced and no pain&I feel comfortable.
so please help me.
