suggest me remedy from my symptoms

my name is mujahid and i m 29 year old.10 year ago first time i was suffered from vertigo problem which was came only when i m laying down and getting up from bed and when i lie in left side.after alopathic diagnosis it was found that it was due to ear and couldnt cure by alopathic medicine.so i went to ahomeopathic doctor who had given me salisalic acid 30 thrice daily,it was worked and i was recovering very fast from that medicinein few days but i continued that medicine about 2-3 months to cure from again repeatition of vertigo because i was too much afraid from that vertigos.but there is no any problem in hearing or no any sound ringing or any type of sound i felt that time.i hear slightly high not too much.after 2 year i suffered from new symptoms in which i felt so much weak in hunger and felt little shake in legs and imbalance in standing position and in walking also but after taking some food it become alright.that doctor give me carbo veg 30 for few days only and kali phos. 6x for about 5-6 month which would again recover all symptoms.but after 1 year again i felt that problem but in this i couldnt from that medicine.my symptoms increases day by day and it would increases too much that i couldnt walk without support because of too much shake and thic time a new symptom arises daily in morning i had 2-3 motion which are some loose oily brown or black in color and sometime mucous.i can drive bike but i could walk.after that i went for ayurvedic doctor which diagnose my disease and he said i was suffering from colitis disease and due to which i also suffer from gastrotis and too much acid release in empty stomach and also have problem due to curvical spandolysis.he was treated me 1 year which gave me some reliefe but not completely.after that i have taken many treatments homeopathic alopathic ayurvedic and also unani but no one recover me completely.another homeopathic dr gave me hydrastis can. Q 15 drops daily and gelsimium 30 for 1 year and many remedies for short times like nux vomica ,natrum phos roulfiya carbo veg lycopodium etc.it was iprove stool but veertigo and imbalance in hunger not cured.i have taken many homeopathic medicines so i cant know wich sypmtoms are from my disease or due to overdosing of remedy.
but now i have following symptoms
1- main symptom vertigo(feel like moving) or its like dizziness or nausea.it is worst in hunger,stop pee,try to stop fart.
2-imbalance in walking and in standing position and feel fall on left side.also during driving bike it feel like i bend on left to balance the bike mostly
2-feel gas bubble in stomach with stress in belly portion with inflammation which goes and up and down and during this movements i feel vertigo and imbalance too much and also in this situation i pee frequently(8-10 times in one hour).it stops from taking some food or by taking aciloc tablet.it happen only in 4pm-6pm and in night after 11 pm.
3-daily first motion is normal but brownish color.and second is little but loose like in diahrea with bad smell.after second motion feel weakness for sometime.third motion rarely in night and normal but with brownish color.
4-farts too much without smell
5-fungal infection in area which covered in underwear.looks like red patches with itching.itching increases in night,from last 2 years
6-hearing slightly high
7-feeling cough in throat some time increased some time decreased.but not having common cold.
7-feel imbalance and vertigo suddenly when standing with support,rising bath hands,sitting improperly,standing bend etc
from few days(10days) i started salisalic acid 30 and i found improvement in balance and vertigo and fart and gastric problem.but not in motion.i start taken this medicine when i read about its symptoms in this site.
so anybody guide me.i will continue this or increase its potency or taking somethingh else.
and also tell me how can i remove the effect of overdosed homeopathis remedy.beacause i hae so manu medicines
