Perioral dermititis - 22 month old boy. Please help

Hi

My son who is 22 months has just been diagnosed with perioral dermititis from using too much cortisone creams on his face. He was first miss diagnosed by the Drs as he 2 bad pimples on his face. It is now all around his chin and mouth and its red and pimple looking and just looks really bad.
We have seen a skin specialist and she has put him on EES antibiotic and clyindamycin lotion.

I was hoping to help him with homeopath remedy as well as its getting worse before getting better by the looks of it

Your recommendation is much appreciated. I have a wedding next week and I really bad to take him as he is because people just make comments
