I've taken 1 dose yesterday evening & it soothes my mind.
I got good sleep in night & heaviness in the mind has gone immediately. today morning my hairs-fall was very less. I think its affecting me physically too. let me see today about my physical activities, will report u after that. Thanks

I m having extreme cold from yesterday night, should repeat the dose. My right arm n wrist are better now.

It's been more than 3 days, here is my current scenario.
cold is still there, filling more chilly than before, no fever, watery eyes due to nose blockage.
wrist & arm better, right leg pain is very less. sleep quality is good. hair-fall is less.

Sir, my 1 nostril is blocked always sometime left some time right, can't bear on right side blockage.

hi telescope sir, my nostrils are not blocked now but I am feeling cold.
cough - yes, dry(difficult to cough, aggravates in cold air)
hair-fall - yes
urge to mast. - very low
back-pain - improved
pain in right hand n leg - improved
sleepiness in night - improved but not had good when i sleep late.
dark spots - still having under chest
itching - all over body
I think phos suits me. should I repeat dosage?

Sir, I m becoming mentally calm n stronger after taking phos. Now I feel very irritated when I am tired or sleepless I can't sleep in night because of my wife's cough (which is being treated by u in another post).
And I used to spent that time on mobile n I watch porn n I do masturbate bt don't ejaculate. Last night I did mast. N ejaculate n today I am feeling more irritated n angry. Sir pls suggest further what to do
