Lack of vitamin d with leg pulling and painsSince 8 months i was suffering with leg pains and pulling. In the month of august i found that i had vitamin d ^9.5 ng/ml. Now i am taking vitamin d3 tablets and calcphos 6x( since 5 months per day 4 tabs 4 times).Still leg pulling is present. Please suggest me can i continue calcphos 6x or increase to power 12x or other medicine.

SPSIMHA 2 years agoRestless leg syndrome symptoms are leg pain, cramps, tingling, itchy, & burning. Are you have all these symptoms, tell me & also describe about your body makeup & mental state means are you restless or calm.
♥ Nishat Parveen 2 years agoleg pains and pulling are there and little more in evening time.when ever folding legs for little time getting numbness.Some times hands pulling also.I never had experience about itchy and burning. Sounds are coming in between joints(leg) while walking.
sleep--no problem about sleep
Weight--since 5 months 5 kgs increased(every day eating egg and 0.5 lit milk).
Could you tell me please whats my problem. Now vitamin d is 31 ng/ml
