Re:Retinal Neovascularization

I am having the following problems with my right eye it's like an aneurism, the vessels leak and my Doctor injects a substance in it each time it leaks again. He said I have Retinal Neovascularization or leaking vessels in my eye.
Could you please suggest a remedy for this condition for me?.
