masturbation post effect treatment

nawaz sir, plz help. i am 23yrs and 1 mnth old unmarried man. i have left mastrbation habit completely after 7 yrs of doing this. now various complications have occured with me. i want 2 make u know that i am a polio victim suffering from post polio residual paralysis in my lower right limb and i am a medical student in mbbs 1st yr. symptoms are

low muscle strenth
muscles are loosed and veins are easily seen
eye slightly sunken and floaters
pain in eyes
freqnt urination and unable 2 hold urine 4 sometime(say 1/2 an hr)
some urine drop come out after discharging urine which make problems during namaz times
seminal fluid discharge on erection.
get erection easily.
limbs are not so strong and weak legs specially the joints as if they are very free and not strongly extends during standing or walking
quickly fatigue and low stamina in body during physical work.

heart beat goes strong enough and palpitable during dipression and stress and sometimes pain over cardiac area. (i have an ECG and doctor told me its OK but have sinus arrythimia only in 1 lead)
i use spectacle of astigmatism
(right eye lens have more power)
dont know about my digestive system but have normal apetite and no constipation( after taking food burning occurs in stomach specially when i sleep after taking meal)

hair fall(my 70% of hair had lost mainly oer temporal and parietal region and still falling vigrously)
headache.
overall i am cool now and left the sin act completely 4 allah.
plz, suggest me the right medicine( plz sir, be sure that the medicine should not change the mentality)
