Clustrophobia

I have problem in travelling by flights especially long distance ones, this started some 15 yrs ago when my flight was about to take off from India. Earlier I use to go in lifts and had no phobia issues. Any treatment for this>>

anxious before journey - very anxious, a week before..

Hi.

you like to eat sweets or salty food?? My salt intake is more then other's but I like both salty and sweet things.

when your symptoms very worse how u feel? when travelling by plane, i feel like asking the crew to drop me at the nearest airport.

5 before journey plese take this remedy

succinum 30C

one dose 2 times a day

and update me the result

one dose means if remedy is in liquid form then take 3 drops directly on tounge or mix 4 drops in 1 teaspoon full water then sip slowly..

Or 6 globules if in globules form

if any agrevation stop remedy and update me will check

don't take that remedy as of now

please take below remedy one month after that say me how u feel

Argentum Nitricum 200c

weekly one dose for 1 month.

remember one dose only in a week

suppose today Saturday u taking first dose then next Saturday second dose..
