birth hypoxia

Dear Dr.
My 6 yrs daughter, home delivery, birth hypoxia, 10-15 minutes. Respiratory disorder, admited to hospital next day of birth, remain under mechanical ventilator for four days. Alfa feto protein level was very high, severe jaundice. Now afp level and jaundice is normal. Reported seizures at the age of 2 yrs. Valporin and clozapan is giving regularly till date. No seizures now. But till date no speak, no walking, no response.

Pl advise me as iam very much in trouble.

Please give her 2 pills of Opium 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.
