Anal fissure and hemorrhoids

My problem started about 5 years back, when I felt sever itching in my anus opening and incidentally i rubbed it and it bleed. Then I approached one local homeopathic Dr. he gave me some medicine and after one or two days every thing was Ok and there was no problem for more than a year, the same problem occurred when I suffered from diarrhea, the same part of my anus opening again bleed with pain, I consulted the same Dr. he gave some medicine and it cured within few day and again more than a year passed and i suffered from the same with another diarrhea, but this time medicine of the same Dr. did not work and I had to go for medical examination and the Dr. told me that I am suffering from pilesat the same time another Dr. told me that I am suffering from fissure however I contact another Homeopathic Dr. about ten months back and he started the treatment and it was OK since last ten months but suddenly about 10 days back again I felt pain and swelling at the same part of my anus opening and it bleed again with fresh blood while I was in the latrine for nature call. The bleeding continued for 20 to 30 drops then it stopped and pain was not there and usually stool came out without pain. Next day morning it was much pain there while trying to open the anus for stool and there was burning and pinning pain around the anus opening. I immediately go to the same Dr. he gave me some medicine like Custicum, Arsenicum Albe, and one other medicine to continue as 20 globules with one hour gap in rotation. The bleeding was stopped but pain still remain there. After four to five days I consulted him and he changed the medicine and gave me Graphite-40(Four drops every 15days), Acid Flour(4drops every morning), Hypericum(10drops three times a day), Hemamelis virginis(10drops two times a day), Capsicum annumm(4drops every two hour) and have asked to apply Arnica ointment mixed with Calendula-Q+Hemamelis mother tincture in the affected anus area. At present I have no bleeding since the single last bleeding 10days back. But I am suffering from anal opening pain along with burning and itching before and after passing stool. It also occurs during night and day hours too. I seek your kind advice, should I continue with the same medicine or add or replace some medicine to get relief. What is my actual problem? How long it will take to cure. Is there any other problem there. Also I am using Ayurvedic laxadip(triphala churna) at night with luke worm water for easy and soft stool and it is working. Please advice.
