Weight loss

Hi, I am a 22 year old female who has recently gained weight from a combination of things. I crave sweets and salty things, I have a huge appetite, and I feel that I can't stop eating once I start. I also work in an office, which is very sedentary. I am very irritable, anxious, and easily depressed. All of these things (I believe) have made me gain weight from about 135 to 170 pounds. I gained weight most noticeably in my legs, stomach, and arms.

I wish to get back to at least 140 pounds if possible. I am trying to control my appetite, eat more fruits and vegetables, and exercise a bit, however I would like to see quicker results.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take Nat Mur 30c (2 drops in half a glass of water) twice daily for 15 days.

Also take phytolacaberry 30c (2 drops in half a glass of water) for 7 days.

Report back in 3 days.
