Not feeling active

I was very active while taking baryta carb 200. I had taken baryta for shyness Afterthat I took Sepia 0/30-- 1 dose 3 times a day and caulophyllum 30 - 4 drops in 20 ml water 3 times a day for melasma as suggested by homeopathy consultant. I hv started headache and loose stool than I stopped medicine.(reacted)
Now I want my level of confidence activates as I was before Plz reply.
