Request Dr Kadwa to prescribe for 9 months old son.

Hello doctor, request you to suggest medicines for my 9 months old son for the following ailments.

1).He is constipated since birth. I have tried all medicines to give him relief but his constipation is still the same or even worse. He passes hard stools with sheer difficulty once in 3-4 days.

2).He develops gas in his stomach and will cry endlessly, gas get trapped in his body no burp no fart.

3).He had viral some 15-20 days back, now he doesn't have fever and cough but mucus is not leaving him,i could hear his blocked nose,wheezing and mucus filled in chest, this disturbs his appetite as he vomits phelgam while eating meals and sleep as he is not able to breathe properly.

Other information about him.

He passes very small amount of urine frequently. (Like a teaspoon at a time.)

His fontanales are still wide open and filling very slowly.

His physical development is slow but mentally he looks okay. He has just learned how to sit(at eight months).

He has not gained any weight since last 2.5 months.

His birth weight was 3.3 kgs and his current weight is 7.4 kgs.( not increased since January)

He was breastfeeded exclusively for 6 months after that we started giving him solids with mothers milk, no supplements given to him so far.
