Chronic Insomnia

Hi folks I have a Chronic Illness and part of my treatment a year ago was Hormone Therapy which gave me awful Insomnia. My Indian body type is Pitta ( Fire ) . I saw a lovely Ayurvedic lady and she gave me herbs and advice that helped. Recently the Insomnia has returned about a month now. It's different than from before. The heat is a large factor. My symptoms are as follows with 1 being the worse symptom and 10 the least . 1. Fatigue - I have no energy during the day and constantly yawn 2 I wake up and have to drag myself out of bed 3 my eyes feel like they are sinking into my skull 4 I feel weak lacking in muscle strength 5 I cannot sleep and toss and turn drifting in and out but I only get deep sleep when I'm exhausted . I get better sleep in naps but I try not to but cannot when I'm exhausted . I'm worse for heat and better for cold My appetite and thirst are normal I've had this now to the point where Apathy describes my overall mental state. Appreciate any help
