"...over sensitive and i feel things deeply..."

what things exactly trigger this? examples --most current

John Stanton 7 years ago
im over sensitive.certain life events pushed me into depression.pco can be a reason also as depression is one symptom associated with it.i wanted to become a designer but my parents did not want me to go for it so that was the first incident.then i got diagnosed with pco, doctors gave me metformin, before that i had no acne or baldness, but with the use of medicine i became very weak, got acne, lost hair from front and everybody started commenting on these things till today.these things make me feel bad and trigger my depression.i was never happy in my job.it was a good job but i wasnt interested in it,too much work load.so i left it.and when i was at home, everyone i met asked me that i should do some job.so the basic reason is people dont let you live your life the way you want,so i became frustrated.i used to weep alot over small things.although im a confident person, lively, humourous, always motivating and helping others, very patient most of the times but when im helpless about something i start weeping and remain depressed for the whole day.sleeping or taking relaxants help.but for 3,4 months,im very relax.i dont know how?may be due to spearmint tea my hormones got balanced but nowadays i dont get upset even over the things i should be upset.i feel too positive and motivated now.

how long has the positive motivation been occurring?
when last time weeped.depressed?

John Stanton 7 years ago
since march it has started.and i think i wept 2 weeks back.weeping in prayer is normal but thatz not due to depression.

sana zia 7 years ago
if remedy u do not have...how long before able have in hand?

John Stanton 7 years ago
energy,emotionally,menatlly...how does current compare to prior nitric acid?please explain

John Stanton 7 years ago
i can get it within a day if it's not available at home.
mental energy is great. As i told i used to be depressed but i managed to come out of it and now i am really optimistic and motivated.Talking about physical energy,as i told earlier i am fasting nowadays so i feel a bit weak due to that but let me tell you i look too lean but i am super active.I can manage to work the whole day,i rarely get tired or feel weak,i can manage to get up and work even when i am sick.I do walk daily at night and i just keep myself physically active all the time.It is hard to compare this with prior to taking nitric acid as i am fasting the whole day and i feel weak due to that.

sana zia 7 years ago
what other symptoms u notice since been fasting (RAMADAN)?
besides weakness

John Stanton 7 years ago
Nothing unusual.Everything is normal.

sana zia 7 years ago
what's ur work?

John Stanton 7 years ago
I don't do any job now. Before this,i was a banker. Now,when i am at home,my mother is sick too so i am busy the whole day in household chores.

sana zia 7 years ago
whats ur typical day like during month of fasting?please explain

John Stanton 7 years ago
Itz quite different from the usual days in terms of sleep timings and activities. We fast from 3:15 am to 7:15 pm.After taking the breakfast,i sleep at 4 am and wake up at 11 am.Then all the day i am busy in kitchen, offering prayers and afternoon nap for 1 hour till it turns 7 pm.Then we eat something, our fast is over and i watch tv for an hour. Then night walk.I am also doing an online course on business so have to give time to that also. and then i watch any movie or drama on internet till 3 am.In usual days,i sleep at 1 am at night and i follow a better routine. In ramadan,we have a lot of things to do,more time for prayers, more preparation for meals so more time in kitchen.

how much trouble is it to adjust to the changed sleeping time changes?
