Over masterbating
Hello m 25year old boy I'm addicted to masturbation now I don't want to do it any more if going through mental ND physical problems iv been masterbating frm age of 16 it's been all most 9year now ND now it's difficult to avoid iv been master bating on daily basis 6or10time a day for year I can't remember sex life is not good if I stope can I recover completely..? My ball get Loos it will become normal plz help me I really needed a help .if I stop Completely do I get side effects for doing over masturbation such a long time ND stope like tht ..how can I recover how much do it's take to recover from my condition I want to stop my penis is turning left side it's like broken balls stretch ND Loos pain in knee's always low ND tired back pain not regularly but it come on go anixcity.
