laziness

My name is vikram, I am working as a software eng. I am highly lazy. My problem details is given below.

My problem is that I am highly lazy. Every time i like to sleep or lay down on the bed

I am only 32 year old, I feel small pain in my feet, Even i have test my blood blood sugar but it was normal every time.

I am short temper person. angry on my family many time.

I never drink alcohol and never smoke

I will be highly thankful if someone provide solution for this issue
