observation of taking gelsemiumm30c one daily.
first three days - medium level of energy, medium level of confidence, but introvert characteristic remains same.
fourth , fifth, sixth days - low energy, low confident, want to be alone - not interested in talking to others
from six day evening till today (ninth day) mood was little ok, medium energy and medium level of confidence .introvert level was same.no improvement
Note: but i had very good energy level and was some more confident when i took gelsemium for first,second time ( that is before starting this daily dose).

When a homeopathic medicine gives you relief initially but if you have to take it frequently it's not your remedy. As you experienced it stops helping you in long run.
That's how homeopathy is different. Internet knowledge will not teach you these things.

Emotions and nature of an individual are due to genetic inheritance. For all practical purposes genes it is impossible to altered as we wish. (But it is easier to damage genes. That's how the diseases like Ca occur). People can't change themselves after trying entire life.
Therefore, there is no concept of changing emotions, behavior etc in any of the medical system. If you ask an allopath to help change your personality by medical treatment he will just laugh at you and may think you are crazy.
This is where homeopathy out-stands. If can help to some extent but your expectations should be realistic not fantastic. I have seen in this forum people just pop a pill at night and look for a complete transformation the next morning. Homeopathy is a science not magic albeit, it works like one many times.

Sure. I didn't say you don't have hopes at all. But you should perserve with the treatment not in terms of days or weeks but years. these changes will be slow and not easily perceptible.

Well in that case answer few questions:
In school days how were you in studies? Were you interest or less?
How's your interest in your work?
"Heat body" means what? You are comfortable in hot or cold?
How is your thirst?

From kinter garden till 2nd standard Studied in english medium school ,but everywhere conversation was in my mother tongue in the school atmosphere , I was always class first and identified by the teachers as a very briliiant student (ex: when i was studying 2nd standard i was asked to solve a math problem of a class third in front of the class third students and i solved it)
As in my memories I was quiet obedient student and also I could remember that my confident level was ok at that time)
From 3rd class , I was moved to another school , here the coversation was english .May be because of the conversation i could not cope well and I was failed in first term,quaterly,second term and half yearly examinations. Then i slowly improved and then always comes in between 10th to 20th rank (class strength will be 40 to 50) till tenth standard class.I scored centum in tenth maths public exam.
From seventh standard till tenth I have attended many oratic competition (in my mother tongue) and i mostly win.
i guess from seventh standard onwards I started feeling very shyness and i was suffering lack of self confidence
During my college days i was average student , but no interest in subjects, very shyness, lack of self confidence
does not show interest in sports outdoor or indoor from beginning till now , always tried to avoid by telling false reasons

Always my body will be in hot ; eg: while if im sitting in office ac atomsphere if someone touches my shoulder or gives shake hands then thwy will feel heat and will say that "ah man ! you hands are hot ; you are heat body."
Iam confortable in cold temperature; seasonwise I like rainy season much than summer or winter;
In winter My body will become dry and my skin will become ugly i forgot to apply vaseline .
In summer I cant able to wear heat and night times I will suffer much because of humidity
i like rainy season so much
Taste wise I prefer spicy rather than sweet.

but had ear pain problem which is because of small wound near by left ear and was removed by minor operation during my age around 10.
other than that from School days i lead a normal health till college days.once i had chicken box and jaundice .I had taken siddha medicine for that.
Always i will eat limited food . dry skin and suffered acne problems.(acne comes like small small rava ).Always felt hot body.

Please start with following prescription:
NATRUM MURIATICUM LM/1, dilution (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop). Take it once every morning after preparation as follows. If not available easily at your place you may buy this online.
Preparation of dose:
A. Buy 1 ounce size dropper bottle (preferably of glass otherwise plastic. Buy it from homeopathic shop only.).
B. Fill 3/4TH of it with clean potable water.
C. Add precisely 6 drops of prescribed medicine in it. Shake it 2-3 times & keep it for 10 minutes.
D. Now it is ready to use. Take APPROXIMATELY 1/4th teaspoonful (1.25ml) of this solution as single dose directly under the tongue. (You get approx. 20 doses from 1 ounce bottle).
E. Before each next dose hold the bottle in one fist and hit it vigorously 10 times on your other palm or some soft but firm surface.
F. Repetitions as prescribed above.
G. Nothing else to eat or drink 30 minute before and 30 minutes after the doses.
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours. Do not apply any cream etc for skin itching / eruption, if any.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 1week.

Also it was noted in the website that , LM potencies normally takes 2-3 weeks time to make and despatch .

The very first question I had asked you was "whether you can get LM potency easily?"
Had you told me these difficulties I wouldn't have prescribed you this potency.
Well, forget about LM now and get Natrum Mur 30C and 200C potencies in dilution (liquid). Update me once you get them.

Take one dose of NM 30c, by preparing the dose as suggested earlier. Read instruction just one by one while doing as directed. It would be easier.

A. Bought 30 ml size dropper plastic bottle and Filled 3/4TH of it with clean potable water.
B. Added 6 drops of Nat Mur 30 c liquid in it and the shaked it 2-3 times & kept for for 10 minutes.
C. Then from that have 16 drops of solution as single dose directly under the tongue in todays afternoon before lunch.
Do i need to continue the same dose daily?
What i need to do wth NatMur 200 c liquid?
