Sir I gave only pelvorin/ hypericum. I didnt give more medicines. Pelvorin was a combination pill with( kreosotum, sepia, pulsatella, alumina , calciumovaesta, everything with 6x and 3x dose). Then I followed the nuxvomica, cina then ignatia. To overcome the effect camphor( vicks) was applied on the body.
Pelvorin dose was max 6x only. Whether that will take long to wean? Do you think it will persist ? Because of me he is suffering. Gods sake please please kulkarni sir restore him. How long do you think it may take to subside. It is almost 2 months now. I'm unstable now. Please help.

I already answered your query. "There is no better way than waiting till his symptoms settle at a level after which his case can be reviewed and treated accordingly."

Dr. Kulkarni,
I have been watching him as you said he is still doing muscle twitches but got minimized alot . Jerks occasionally. I got the blood work for h. Pylori , it is negative. Dictor asked me to give iron supplement and vit D

Ok. So, does that convince you waiting yields?
You may give infrequent doses of supplements instead of daily doses.
Wait little more. Report after a week.

Ok Dr. kulkarni. But still I could see the twitches and mild jerks. Stomach gas too. When they give him something to drink for the h. Pylori breath test ( they said it will catch the bacteria and the result will show up in his breath)he found some burning in stomach but after that he was gas free for 1+weeks . But again he is getting it now. Doctor asking us to stop milk, yogurt etc. what you want me to do now?

Effect of milk, yogurt, etc. depend on individual tolerance. If you feel you may stop and see how that affects.
I think his symptoms will settle to a level soon after which I will review and advise accordingly.

Ok, I will do. Doctor, from yesterday my palm, fingers both upper and dorsal side feels like burning. I felt like my oesophagus also burning inside. Presently my palms and fingers have burning sensation throught the day. What can I do to get rid of it.

Many symptoms occur due to some minor or temporary reasons like stress, exertion, changes in climate, etc. and hence are transient. So, it is wrong and at times dangerous practice to try to medicate immediately. Medical help should be sought only when it is confirmed that your bodies defense is inadequate and has failed to to overcome these problems.
So, wait few days and report.

My kid is showing the same symptoms ( light shoulder movements, leg movements , fingers and toes moving) and stomach gassy and goes down. I'm continuing the iron supplement . His H. Pylori ( blood, stool, breath) came negative. What do you think might be causing this gas. Whether the stomach problem is related with the jerk?

Do the jerks occur only during sleep?
Is there muscle twitching also?
When is the gas trouble worse?
Any other unique symptoms?

Dr. kulkarni,

2. S light muscle twitchings and jerks. Shoulder just shakes once then i could see his leg pull . When i keep my hands over the body, i could feel light pulsating movement kind off . I dont know that is also muscle twitch.
3. His gas problem starts with light burp/ gas in morning but after lunch it is getting bad . Evening when he comes from school says more gas after lunch and evening by3,4,5,6 he experince more.
4. His BUN is high 19 (5-18 normal range)
B. Creatinine is within range 0.55(.39-.75)
But BUN/creatinine ratio is high35( 9-27)
When we took the blood work in september it was 28 and bun was 13.
Hemoglobin got raised but ferritin decreased.
Doctor anything wrong with liver/ kidney?

There test values are not high enough be cause of concern. there are various reasons for slight abnormality in the values. For example it could be as simple a reason as diet. Just check if you are giving him food too rich in proteins, especially the ready / fast / junk foods. If so, reduce or stop such food.
I have reviewed the case and worked my level best for the proper prescription. If you feel confident you may give following remedy as advised.
Please start with following prescription:
SULPHUR 30C, dilution (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop). Take it TWICE DAILY (12 hourly) after preparation as follows. If not available easily at your place you may buy this online.
Preparation of dose:
A. Buy 100ml size dropper bottle (preferably of glass otherwise plastic. Buy it from homeopathic shop only.).
B. Fill 9/10th (90ml) of it with clean potable water.
C. Add precisely 3 drops of prescribed medicine in it. Gently shake it 2-3 times & keep it for 10 minutes.
D. Now it is ready to use. Take APPROXIMATELY 1/4 teaspoonful (1ml) of this solution as single dose in 1/2 cup of water.
E. Before each next dose shake the bottle vigorously for exactly five times.
F. Repetitions as prescribed above.
G. Nothing else to eat or drink 30 minute before and 30 minutes after the doses.
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors. NO use of coffee, incense, menthol or similar things.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. If needed, use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue. Keep the dose for at least 1 minute in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, odors and children.
5. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours. Do not apply any cream/powder etc for skin itching / eruption, if any. Avoid antidandruff shampoos, Medicate soaps, etc.
6. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
7. OTHERWISE REPORT AFTER 1 WEEK.

Try to get medicine as early as possible.
A suitable remedy would be able to correct all the abnormalities.
I hope Sulphur and few other indicated remedies would do that.

If you think of anyother medicines also please list it so that I can get it online within single shipment because the shipping is costlier than the medicine itself.
If you list the antidotes too I would keep it ready so it will be easy for us to handle any situation. If my view is wrong then apologize me.

Sir, I didn't bring one thing to your notice . His skin around the anus area is reddish like a diaper rash. I was thinking that it was because of being in the chlorine water( swimming classes) for long time and not drying it well. But he got it when he was off for a week too. Yesterday his muscle switches were more especially near the back shoulder blades snd he didn't sleep good too. Started crying saying I'm behind in writing, I cant accept my failures and so many things makes me to think back like that. Complaints knee pain too. I was updating/ delivering daily to hear back from you.
I came across sulphur30c pellets in a vitamin shop. Is it ok to buy and use it until i receive the liquid form? Since I dont have separate homeopathy store is it ok to use empty mineralwater bottle? Waiting for your reply and medicine.

However, now this information confirms my prescription of Sulphur. It should help.
Homeopathic prescriptions are made on basis of existing symptoms with the expectation of the single prescription would cure. Only if one prescription fails to cure the other is thought of which also depends on the then symptoms. So, I can't give you any list though I am aware that you have troubles getting medicines there.
I do not know how reliable the quality of Sulphur pellets at vitamin shop. If it is going to take too long time for dilutions to arrive you may buy it from vitamin shop but give only one (single) dose of 3 pills. No daily doses. Then don't give dilution without asking me.

Sorry about that. He complaint about it during the month of october only. He started his swimming lessons by that time , so i thought it was due to chlorine water. I applied neosporin cream it got cured and returned back twice and I noticed it yesterday and applied coconut oil+ turmeric and reported you. His gas problem persists for the whole 3 months.

Remember henceforth, you must never apply any creams / ointments / medicines to skin for any reason while on Homeopathic treatment if at all you expect cure.
Also, you should report everything about health without concluding yourself.
If you want to wait for liquid or no you have to decide. I can not answer contradictory questions alternately.
