premature ejaculation urgent help required doctors help pls

sir,
my age is 26. i am a guy from india. height is around 5'8" and weight around 67. my skin colour is fair and eye colour is black
i have been masturbating since last 11 years, today am suffering from
1)premature ejaculation. not lasting even 20 seconds. Sometimes i also get nightfalls, when i restrict my masturbation.
2)i have seen that after i masturbate i feel weak and i tremble.
3)i have go dark spots below my eyes. my sleep is deregulated now too.
4) i also see that reddishness of my skin decreases if i masturbate alternate days.
5)masturbation also causes gastric problems which improve if i stop masturbating and exercise but it doesn't disappear completely.
6)moreover sperm count and the force with which ejaculation occurs has decreased too.
7)i also get cough after masturbating. and i get regular sneezing, 12-15 times at a stretch,when i become weak due to masturbation. The sneezing improves after some time of regulation in masturbation.
8)I think my body doesn't develop enough blood and when i sleep on one side my hands become numb. when i do situps it seems that blood doesn't reach my brain and it causes little dizziness. not prominent
9)my memory has gone weak too and i think there is a loss of immunity to inhalant allergants too
all i can say is that everything is fine around my social and emotional environment. i am have excessive sexual desires when i am alone. i have consumed china 30 as i was having nightfalls regularly before.
please suggest remedies, with potency of medicines and timings.
