allergy allergy

hi all,
i have heard about this forum and have come here looking for some sincere advices. I am 25 male. medium built. living in india. delhi. weather varies a lot during the year. i have developed some severe allergic problems during the last 5 years. sinus. cough. bronchitis.

here are the few points:

i get cold and stuffed nose on change of weather, my allopathic doctor has prescribed me sprays. later i develop quite a lot of cough. have developed bronchitis becaiuse of this. then i have to use inhaler.

my eyes also suffer from allergy. any season change and they start itching, grow red and start watering.

when i use perfumes, my nose gets stuffed. i have started coughing pretty continuously.

i am a professional. all mind work. not much physical. i do go to gym.

does yoga work?? how about swimming.

have heard homoeopathy has some good medicines for allergy. i believe i need to get rid of allergy first and then the bronchitis.

thanks to all in advance.

any other information required i will be obliged to give.

what medicines-treatments used/use (allopath-homoeopath-herbs...ect)?

what occur prior (5 years ago) to this allergy starting? trauma;illness;grief....etc --please explain

well....when i said 5 years it was a generalisation. it has been building up fr sm years...i have never been a person with a great immunity. so cold and coughes have been a part of my psyche so to say. on and off i have been taking some cough syrups, some antibiotics as well...then i went to an ENT and he advised me to go for some antiallergic medicines. levocet, vozet..etc. i was also assigned a spray ..later i started developing bronchitis and now it is quite troublesome. have been on inhaler for arnd 2 months..i am a workaholic so to say...but think a lot...gets worried quite easily ...some worry lurking behind...i have urethral stricture as well since birth..well quite complicated you may say....ha ha ...but fine i will live.....

no easy solution for 'real' cure...-too much time envolved with cases with medicinal usage as this--
