She was pain free for three weeks, but she started having bruises on her legs and arms a few days ago. She had a stomach ache last night and this morning. Then she started having head ache and her foot was hurting this afternoon. I gave her three dose of aconite, it seemed help her foot pain. But her wrist was hurting around dinner time, so I gave her NSAIDS. Should I start give her belladonna again or aconite? Please help my daughter. Thank you very much.

day 1 to day 3
Silicea 30 twice a day

day 4 to day 15
Rhus Tox 30 in evening.

Use Belladonna 30 and Aconite 30 on need even during these 15 days.

Whenever she gets early flare up..
You should use aconite 30 with an hourly gap for 3 times. If that doesn't help use Belladonna 30 in the same way.

Dr. Kadwa, Thank you so much for your reply. I started giving her Scilicea. She doesn't have a flare up at the moment. She's been dealing with this illness since April 2015. I don't know if this has something to do with her illness, but she complains she can't get deep sleep anymore, and also constipated too. Can I give her something in addition to those remedies you suggested?
Thank you very much.

Please give her Nux Vomica 200 in evening for 3 days and see how she responds over a week. If this doesn't help her give Phosphorus 200 in the same way.

Dr. Kadwa,

My daughter has been having a bad flare up since Sunday. I tried Aconite or belladonna, but no help.

She has stomach pain on and off, headache during a day. Her temperature is normal during a day but she has fever at night. Her hands and toes are very cold. She occasionally has bone pains, but not too bad. Is there anything to keep the inflammatoion down? Thank you.

Thank you, Dr Kadwa. I gave her the remedies for three days, she had a little pain in bottom of her foot this morning. She had a fever of 102 for 6 days last week, but stop having the fever when I gave her 440 mg Naproxen during the day.

She is not taking Naproxen at the moment, but no fever. Just a pain in her foot. I guess she is still having a flare up. I gave her Arnica gel on her foot, and it gave her relief.

What remedies can I give her?

Thank you very much.

Thank you for your response. My daughter is 11, she was diagnosed with Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis in October 2015. It's a rare auto inflammatory disease. Her symptoms are a high fever onlly occurs at night, bone pain, and a headache.

She is 147 cm tall and her weight is 47 kg. She is a half Asian and a half Caucasian. She is energetic and likes to hang out with friends when she doesn't have flare ups. It seems like she gets flare ups on rainy or cold days. She took Naproxen daily for six months, but she only takes it when her pain is really bad now. I try not giver it to her when she has flare with stomach pain. She gets flare ups about once a month, sometimes it only last 10 minutes, or few weeks.
She had a bad flare up last week, had a fever at night for 6 days with headaches, stomach ache and bone pain on her neck, ankle, and bottom of her feet.

She got better after I gave her max dose of Naproxen, no more fever now. She is still having a little pain on her jaw and foot. She likes to lay down during the bad flare up, moving the body makes the pain worse. The gentle massage and arnica gel cream gives her relief.

Please help my daughter. Thank you so much.

Hello. Thank you for your reply.

I give her gentle massage with Frankincense and myrrh oil massage. It helps her pain. She doesn't feel the pain much when she is resting.

Today is a rainy day here. She woke up with a pain in her shin and rib.

For questions;
What else does she feel during a flare up??
She just stay home from school. She gets a headache, stomach ache and chill before fever spike up at night. No fever during a day. She had a few diarrhea during the last flare up. But she normally says it's hard to go to bathroom. Also, she doesn't feel like she sleep well at night.

Does she get irritable cranky?
Yes. She likes to just stay in her bed all day.

Does she weep? No
What does she ask for? Nothing. She just wants to watch tv or something.

Please help my daughter. Thank you so much.
