Hello there,

I am from India and my age is 36 years.

A painful ulcer has appeared from past 1 and half month in my gum (left side). Color of ulcer is pale yellow. When I press the infected area it becomes white and again comes back to pale yellow color.

gums also swollen, seems like pyorria. Moreover, When I rub my finger across inner mouth, feels like some lump/bump is slipping. This happens in lower mouth.

Just below the infected area, between mouth wall and gums, there is a red color patch and small black patch in the center.

Currently taking Merc. Sol 200C and Arnica 200C (three times daily) from past 5 days. but no success.

Please suggest me a medicine. and sorry for my poor english.

Hi,
Many times these ulcers have to do with the teeth and specifically the root of a tooth. There can be damage to
A root and the solution is to have the tooth removed.

Remedies are not going to fix something that is a structure damage or problem with a tooth root.
I suggest you consult with the dentist
And get proper diagnosis.
