This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Witchazel is the same as Hawthorn.

Witch hazel is the origin of homeopathic Hamamelis.

Hawthorn is the origin of Crataegus Oxyacantha

The first is used to treat varicose veins etc

The second relates to ubstable heartbeats.

The hawthorn plant IS beneficial for circulation and heart health, and is OPPOSITE of useless for variocele.

More fiber also helps, as well as Gotu kola, and horse chestnut.

Flavenoid-rich berries hawthorn berries, cherries, blueberries (or bilberries), and blackberries, are beneficial in prevention and treatment of varicose veins. This maintains vein wall integrity. Bioflavenoids give the berries their blue-red color.

Variocele is be a symptom of another problem (your heart and circulatory system).

If you want to add any herbs in addition to any homeopathic remedies, use witch hazel externally and hawthorn and other bioflavs internally.
