3 week old grunting and distressed

I have a 3 week old boy who seems to be distressed and it seems worse after eating. He currently gets 1/2 breast milk to 1/2 organic sensitive formula.

He makes grunting noises and is extremely tense. He''ll stretch his legs than pull Them close. He has some gas but not a ton. He'll take the bottle then spit it out and cry, then want it again. He usually calms down some when held but not always.

He just seems very distressed and I'm not really sure what's going on so I'm looking for help.

If you have a remedy recommendation, please include how to give it and dose as I'm new Tk homeopathy in babies.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Nux Vomica 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
Please give one pill or drop with some milk as one dose.
The remedies in line are Pulsatilla 30 and Belladonna 30 if Nux doesn't work.
