Swelling under chin and found difficulty while chewing

I am RajeshBabu(Age 40) suffering from swelling under chin. I found difficulty while chewing. I could not understand what is the problem.

Please suggest me with reply

google is giving salivary infection(sublingual gland and submandibular gland)

I have taken Spigelia 6c(morning and night four globules). Now I am able to eat properly(no difficulty). But still some swelling(little) is there under my chin.
I did not get Spigelia 12X,so I have taken 6c power

Regarding swelling under chin I consulted homeo practitioner, he told muscle swelling and nothing to use medicine, but every time shave I feel difficulty.
