♥ 0antivirus0 last yearI have took black dal for 10 days, it is also being digested easily. The problem is overhead of soaking and taste(I don't like it eating regularly). Can you suggest me any supplement? I know powdered milk can increase vaat and can cause indigestion.
You know better than me so I want you to suggest a better alternative for urad daal.

Now i only have itchy left thumb(unbearable)
flaky face skin with irritation and burning sensation, on chest and flaky head scalp. dry skin on legs(feel good on scratching) less sleep at night restless mind. frequency of motion at this time:3-4 and sometimes abdominal pain, increased sexual desires and masturbation . These symptoms lasts for two weeks after which i feel much better and more me.
sir plz suggest something for this.

bhrtbhrdwaj 6 months agotake some dry friuts once a diet, because they increase VATA.
eat 2 tablespoon SEASAME OIL (TIL KA TEL) with dry friuts, also use this oil at skin conditions, hair, scalp.
