Feet pain - Dr Kadwa pls help

My wife, age 40 years is suffering from severe heel pain in both legs since last 2 days. Pain is continuous in nature and is worse during standing and walking when complete body weight comes on heels. But even while resting pain is still there, just only that it is slightly less. She did not have any injury to heels in past. Pain felt is very severe. Currently even while resting pain is there. Slight swelling is also observed in and around heel area for one of the leg.Little nerve and muscle pull is also observed in lower leg above the heels in one of the legs.

Just for your information he has developed spurs on both legs soles due to strap of her slipper protruding. Spurs feel are like tissue outgrowth and swellings.Though these spurs are only little painful.

So far I have tried RhusTox 30 (2 doses) and Ledum Pal 30 (1 dose) but no improvement is seen.

This is an internet forum. Posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Bryonia 30 and Arnica 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
If this doesn't help give Phosphorus 30 twice a day for 3 days and report back.

Thanks for your advice. Update is that she has not started the medicines yet, but heel pain is slightly better after she stopped wearing slippers while doing daily household chores at home. Also she had taken Ruta 30 2 doses 2 days back, so not sure whether pain slightly reduced due to not wearing slippers or due to taking Ruta 30.

In addition to this problem of heel pain which is just 3 days old I would like to mention other old problem of lower leg calf muscle pain also because right now she is having pain in both legs calf muscle also.So right now she is having complete pain in both the lower legs which includes pain in calf muscles, feet, heels and soles.

SO DO I NEED TO TAKE SAME REMEDIES YOU MENTIONED EARLIER
(Bryonia 30,Arnica 30/ Phosphorus 30) TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM TOO. PLEASE CLARIFY.

Below is the description of the leg calf muscle pain problem.

She feels very severe pain in her calf muscles of both legs and also in both feet mainly after continuous standing, walking or doing household chores continuously for several hours. Pain is continuous in nature but sometimes throbbing pain is also felt when she is resting after long hours of standing and moving. When it pains pulling sensation is also felt in legs. While she is working and moving about pain is not felt that much but the moment she sleeps and rests pain experienced is increased by great extent. At this time she feels that somebody should continuously press her legs. When legs are pressed pain is felt in both muscles as well as nerves. She also feels that somebody should cut her legs. Pressing and massaging her legs makes her feel better. All pain is concentrated between knees and feet. As such there is no pain above knees in upper leg. She feels lot of load on her lower leg while standing though her weight is just 54 kg.

Please give bry and arnica as suggested. If these remedies don't work, give rhus tox and phosphorus. Please note that all remedies are in 30 potency, also in the revised suggestion rhus tox is added to the second prescription.

The next remedy to be considered is Thuja 30.
