Severe gastric acidityHello
Can any pls help me with gastric problem. My age is 32 weight gained past 1 year about 8 kg.
Problem. Severe gastric and acidity problem. Diet very minimal digestive food like oats butter milk fruits only.
I have also noticed my hair fall increased with very thin break hair.
I have already taken few homeo medicine
Robino 200 Carbo veg 200 chinchona /lycopodium first.then now I am taking Carbo veg n pulsatilla alternate days 1/2-1 hr bfr lunch...4-5 pills each
Day#1 lycopodium 200
Day#2 arg nitr 200
Day#3 no medicine
None of these work and currently on allopathic medicine
Also my stress increases the acidity more.
I am unable to carry on my basic work nor able to eat even lil food.
I get severe bloating of upper tummy with pain and fullness

As of now you need to stop all medicine.
I recommend the following line of treatment for gastric problem.
Nat. Phos 6x Biochem.
Doses : 4tabs three times a day for 1 Week.
No food for half an hour before and after taking medicine.
Precautions and advice:
1) No spicy, No oily , No junk , No stale, No sour, no tea, No coffee, no cold etc.
2) Drink three glass of water to which I table spoon of Apple Cinder Venagor. This water should be taken movement you get up in the morning.
3) don't take water 1 hr before and after you take food.
If possible try to include cucumber along with your food.
