I have been taking Acid Phos and Syzigiym since August 3rd and started Cephalandra q on August 28th. I have seen some improvements in my blood sugar level. Reading is between 135-179 but most of the days under 150 fasting. let me know if I need to avoid any food to bring this further down.

One more thing I want to add is almost every time I eat my stomach is bloated and hard. Some time its very hard to sit and breath because of this symptoms

No improvement in blood sugar. Still range from 135 - 180.
Since I start taking Cephalandra q, I have gained about 8 pond in last 5 weeks. I am doing more exercise but still gained. I am not sure why?
