A 200c has a ratio of 10^-400, you would need to consume a mass well over 10^320 times that of the observable universe to get a single molecule of the original substance.A 30C dilution is the equivalent of having one molecule present in a sphere of water with a diameter just short of the distance between the Earth and the Sun.
It's simple math. There's more contamination in water than supposed cure molecules.

There is not a single molecule of original medicinal substance in 12C potency and above. So what is the active principle of a homeopathic drug?
The active principle of a homeopathic drug are supra molecular hydration shells. A single remedy in homeopathy is not a single molecule. It contains large number of molecules and their various functional groups.
During the process of dynamization when these functional groups exit dilution the water alcohol mixture forms supra molecular cavities.
These cavities or nano bubbles are active principle of a homeopathic dilutions. They trap pathogenic molecules due to their three dimensional configuration similarity. When biological molecules are relieved of pathogenic inhibitions cure is effected.

Even though there are numerous explanations how or why homeopathic medicines work there would always be sceptics and naysayers about homeopathy because it's not an exact science---there will always be an art part to this. These sceptics are better ignored.
In my view threat to homeopathy does not come from these sceptics but from within. A group of homeopaths when they get powerful they close doors on lay homeopaths and ordinary people that's how Dr. Clarke wrote 'the prescriber' to make homeopathy easy and accessible to public.
And we have chasms and schisms in homeopathy. Each group will question another's veracity and in efforts to undermine the other group the whole edifice of the homeopathy becomes weak. And to make matters worse, those who are new learners or who have not matured with wisdom become overzealous to the point of becoming impediment to the experienced and knowledgeable homeopaths taking the homeopathic knowledge to the masses. These people will pay truckloads of money to visit random seminars of hi-fi homeopaths to get some knowledge that is not available on theoretical books but when the same comes from homeopaths who do not market themselves well or who keep low profile(this excludes really bad quality homeopaths)--- they will block, criticise, confront and try to put down the knowledge/experience with any excuse but mostly with 'holier than thou' attitude. This is a vicious cycle.
