Incredible fear and anxiety after sex Page 3 of 3
It has been 5 days today... i have only been taking rockrose and cherry plum. That feeling of fear n terror has gone away completely as well as the burning pain around the uterus, even though I can still feel it from time to time. I have been feeling calm and am able to relax. Today when I woke up I didn't feel a panick attack or fear. But my energy and overall mood is still very low, i cant seem to do any mental work.
I also did a month long hormone test and the results are showing estrogen dominance and low progesterone. I have been recommended to make dietary changes. This could be the reason for feeling exaggerated fear emotion or the low moods.
Should i keep taking the bach remedies?

♥ drthoufeequebhms 10 months agoHello, Dr, Thoufeeque,
It has been 10 days... I felt a bit better a week before my period but as soon as my period started I have started to feel the fear, sense of doom, nausea, depression, sadness, unable to connect with life, hiding in my room and watching tv. It is my 3rd day on my period and I was actually feeling better just before my period.
My old homeopath recommended Kali Phos because at one point that made me feel really good but it has not worked this time. all my blood tests seem fine, there is nothing else bothering me greatly like stress or heartbreak. And the hormone test isnt too bad.
Right now the depression and fear and nausea seem to be for no reason. And I have noticed that my progesterone is the highest on the days that I was feeling better before period according to the hormone test. Apart from this I dont know why I am not feeling better. I have been taking all sorts of supplements like magnesium n vit D for months now. My only option now is to go back on anti depressants which I was trying to avoid.
If you have any ideas for how I can deal with this, please share,
Quail Neer 9 months agoHello Zady101 and Dr. Thoufeeque,
Im wondering, can it take months or even years to get better even when taking the right homeopathic medicine? ...specialy in the cases of mental illness of any sort?
I think Kali Phos is the right medication for me cuz it has worked in the past but it is taking very long to work. I feel aggravations when I take it like feeling more blank, depressed and sleepy, and throat constriction, as well as mild headaches n allergy like symptoms that come and go.
