This in continuation to my details submitted earlier.
I am diabetic, have blood pressure and Thyroid. The problem started in 2011 with problem in speaking certain words having repeating consonants and vowels. Started Allopathic medicines. Dr. Diagnosed as beginning of dementia and prescribed medicine accordingly.
But no improvement. Problem increased day by day but slowly. By 2013 I could not speak properly. My speech was distinct.
I started homeopathy. In December 2014, I moved to Bangalore. Continued homeopathy with another Dr. for almost one year. But no respite.
In 2016 beginning I had difficulty in walking squatting and getting up. Since than the problem has increased. Now I have to walk very slowly with small strides; fearful of falling. I had fallen on the face on two occasions. Climbing and descending is most frightening. With fear I get freezed; can not move any part of the body. Slightest push makes off balance and leads to fall.
Indecisive, very emotional; crying and laughing easily; cannot control laughing. Never joyful, dull, anxious, fearful, can not concentrate on one job. Very sensitive to smells and perfumes; voice get choked. Very sensitive to touch; cannot touch dry of other's body. Forgetful, memory weak.
Stressed, tired, gloomy, expressionless,
Lips are hard; tight; rigid; stretching and squeezing difficult.
Tongue rigid not able to move. Can not speak due to sluggishness.
Mouth and tongue are slightly drawn towards left. Constantly swallow saliva. Have to clear throat before speaking, voice hoarse . Food gets accumulated between cheek and gums,Tongue is not able to reach to clear it.
Put efforts to pronounce words. Not able blow candle; very weak throw, get tired easily. Water is thrown out while drinking.
Hoarse, cough in the throat requires frequent clearing.
Constipation; piles; required to exert. Bloating particularly in the morning.
Left side is weak compared to right. Can not lift weights. Pain in shoulders when moving hands upwards, sideways and while sleeping on side.
Finger movement is lethargic, loss of strength. Can not hold pen property. Inability to write, fingers do not move, get tired.
Can't bend forward, leg muscles are tight and painful when pressed. Left leg is weak compared to right leg. Can't stretch them apart. Toes are rigid. Left ankle and knee becomes suddenly lame while walking. Lack of balance while walking. Can not walk in straight line. Climbing and descending is most frightening.
Coordination between fingers, hand legs not good.
Not enough strength in stream. Take time to empty bladder, in 2-3 gap of time. Completion takes time.
Kindly consider above to confirm present medicines.
gokhale56 on 2017-09-13Please take Lachesis 200 twice a day for 3 days and then start your present medicines again. Don't take any other homeopathic medicines for the three days you take Lachesis. See how this affects you over 15 days.

I'm inclined towards Lachesis as well after going through the symptom profile.
So you can stop other medicines till you exhaust the beneficiary action from this medicine. After that another analysis may be needed to decide the next medicine.
Even if you notice a small improvement, then this medicine needs to be given time and also various potencies(1M, 10M and in course LM too if needed) of this medicine can be used before stopping this medicine.
Kadwa has suggested general dry dosage which is of course a good suggestion.
However in sensitive patients and patients with pathalogy, wet dose might have an edge so take it as an alternate opinion on dosage/mode of dosage. So after a single dose of Lachesis 200, if repetition needs to be done after a two or three weeks(after the action of the medicine perceptibly weakens) a wet dose can be prepared with one or two pills/drops with Lachesis 200 in 200ml water bottle, then from the medicinal bottle, progressively shaken doses can be taken a bit more frequently than dry dose like may be one dose every week or 10 days. Just before every dose the bottle needs to be shaken up and down for five times. The bottle needs to be kept away from sunlight in a cool, dry place. As a preservative a teaspoon of alcohol or vinegar could be added to this solution.
Whichever way you go about the medicine keep us posted. God willing you should have some relief. Best Wishes.
maheeru on 2017-09-14Thank for you help. I am taking Lachasis 200 pills from today morning. After 3 days should I stop? You have suggested for continued Lachasis with higher doses if required, please guide after 3 days e.g. since 17-09-17.
