piriformis syndrome

I was diagnosed with piriformis syndrome in March this year and underwent physiotherapy and prescription of calcium and zinc. Later sciatica also surfaced which is managed well.

My problem is pain at right hip side which triggers on resting and if I lax on exercise the pain extends to thigh and back. This site is permanent despite everything. There is no significant distress than some early morning around 3 a.m. being awake with painful eyes. Is there a homeopathic solution for this?

My pain appears to be
quite resolved. I feel some weakness and loss of strength but think that will go with time.

I hope pain will not return with cold exposure while it is responding to autumn here. I may seek resolution if needed.

Thanks again.

The pattern may be repeated on need.
