Thrombophilia and pregnancy

Hi everyone,
Recently I have been diagnosed with a tendency towards thrombophilia( blood is clotting mire easily than normal). Also I am pregnant and wouldlike to try homeopathy first instead of using directly anticoagulants. Is there any homeopathic remedy for this condition that would help me stay safe during my pregnancy?
Thankyou in advance

Which one is suitable?
