Burning pain on whole backIam 68 yrs male.Iam suffering from osteoarthritis and having high uric acid. Since last seven days, I am feeling burning sensation on whole back. Pain increases after meal and lying down. While taking deep breathing, pain at back of rib cage is felt. Thinking, it might be due to acidosis I tried Nux vom 30,200 and Ars alb 30, Nat phos 6x. But could not get relief. Tongue remains whitish with dry mouth.
Experienced homeopath of this forum is requested to suggest suitable medicines for me.

Pain radiates to shoulders, elbows and eyes.My cervical pain is generally arrested by Rhustox, Cocculus , Bryonia and Mag phos.
