Sinusitis interference with PCOD medicine

Hello, I am taking Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum for PCOD. Also, I am suffering from sinusitis for which I am prescribed Kali Bichromicum 200. Will the 2 medicines interfere in each other's process of action ? Can I take both the medicines with some time gap ?

Classical homeopaths believe that if the acute remedy blocks the curative discharge triggered by the chronic remedy suppression may take place.
