Sorry to interfere.Actually this is not a disease. Your internal system have produced some extra tissue underneath the nipples,which looks like a mould.
Its very common. But as far as my knowledge concerns, I never seen such cases has been cured by homeopathy. Each system of medicine have their own limitations.
Its a case of surgery if you like to do something go to a surgeon.

There is a blood test which tells you about the testosterone level (total testosterone test)
Please go for it and tell me about the report.
In gynaecomastia if conservative treatment is not responding or if time being more than 12 months for this condition one should consult a surgeon.
Because after such a long time there occurs scarring(fibrosis) of the underlying tissues that's why medicines do not respond.
