re: Please Help Sexual depletion; shortness of breath; head throbbing, digestive problems, borderline hyperthyroid impotence

42 year old male. I have lived a life of debachery of emotional trauma, overwork, overthinking, stress, worry and fear. Because of all these stressors I resorted to sexual excess (intercourse and self pleasure).

For the past 3.5 years I have been suffering from what in Traditional Chinese Medicine call Liver Yang/Wind rising due to depletion of Kidney Yin/Essence/Vital Force and Liver Yin.

you can google Liver Yang Rising with Liver Wind for more info.

I have bitter/sour fluids in my mouth all day/night, difficulty breathing, heavy head and pulsing/throbbing in my head as if energy is going to my head (Liver Yang/Wind) and border line hyperthyroid. I also have impotence and emissions and premature ejaculation although I have not been ejaculating for several months as I only learned this was due to sexual or vital force depletion (i.e. kidney essence in TCM).

How can I recover from this? Please help.
