Firefighter exposed to toxic chemicals. Help me detox please!
Hi,I am a career firefighter and have been having many health problems including headaches, brain fog, photosensitive, muscle pain and severe fatigue. Recently I discovered it was related to chemicals I was exposed to while firefighting.
I’m currently off of work and away from those toxins. Can anyone suggest some remedies to help my system clear away these chemicals?
