I'm sorry to tell you that, I'm not agree with you-"If someone starts a cold if you give ferrum phos every few hours the cold will gone".
There are different types of cold and fever and their character.

Hi- ferrum phos works if given on the first day.
It is not going to work in every case..
but I have used it this way on friends, family,
Myself and the cold does not manifest.

Cell salts are good for many things at the start-
I find a lot gets handled and then no need
To use a remedy.

Ferrum phos never suits him..it aggravate his constipation and risk his hernia.

Will it help in bronchitis and sinus as well?

You may give a dose of Bromium 30
2drops+ 3spoons water

See what happens.
