Enlargement of prostate and hematoma
Age:- 71Blood clotted in urinary bladder.
Prostate is also enlarged(126 mm).
Blood comes with scanty urine with blackish color.
Burning sensation before , during and after urination.
HEMATOMA IN URINARY BLADDER IS ALSO FOUND IN ULTRASOUND
PSA REPORT {
TOTAL PSA (26.0 ng/ml)
FREE PSA (6.4 ng/ml)
FPSA:TPSA (24.6%)
IMPRESSION : Probability of prostatic cncer is 10%

Ultrasound report is attached.
PLEASE SUGGEST MEDICINE SEPERATELY FOR ENLARGED PROSTATE AND HEMATOMA.

For the enlarged prostate, take Sabal serrulata Q, 10 drops daily and Cantharis 200c twice daily.
Hematoma; Are you taking medication such as blood thinners? Because they can cause a hematoma.

Ok. You may start with Cantharis 30 as directed. Or you may follow dear tui.

Start with Arnica 30c twice daily for hematoma and you can also continue with other remedies that you are already taking.
