Suggestions for Long Air Plane Flight

My son is 15 and going to travel from new Zealand to America in less than five weeks. He is a very busy, social young man, likes to be involved in lots of activities, community, school etc. He is a people person and is able to communicate with young children to elderly. He is extremely respectful and likeable. Any suggestions regarding remedy/s useful for him to take to assist him to settle into the long hours on the plane and adjust to the different time zones.

if you can't get 200C potency then get 30 C potency.
Will tell you dosage after you get the med.

I have always used Arnica 30c to avoid Jet Lag and have proved that it is very effective. On the last occasion I used it on a flight from Colombo to Columbus OH and did not feel any discomfort from the change in the time of the body clock. This was also recently proved by a friend 78 years old who did the same trip but to Ottawa and she confirmed shortly after arrival that although on previous trips she is virtually dead to the world for 2 days, she was bright and perky upon arrival.

Many friends have used this remedy throughout the years and have confirmed that the Arnica works like magic in helping the readjustment to a new time zone on the body clock.

The method used is as follows:

Arnica 30 is made into a wet dose and a teaspoonful is sipped 3 times daily a day before the trip. Pellets of the remedy are taken on board and 1 or 2 pellets are taken every 2 hours on board. The wet dose is continued after arrival and the lack of Jet Lag is astonishing.
