3.5 year old stasrting hitting 2 days ago MRI

My 3.5 year old started hitting everyone and everything (not violently, but he is a gentle child, so for him this is big) sometimes a pat to get my attention instead of using words, sometimes pushing and hitting other kids, sometimes exciteldly when happy. It is like his hands are out of control.

He had an MRI scan- woke up angry and grumpy, screamed for an
hour and slept for 4 afterwards.

I have been giving him detox baths to help his system clean out the anesthesia. I feel this is what pushed him too far.

He has always done a little light tapping on faces or things, but in 2 days it is a much worse and more inappropriate.

This morning he ran in to say good morning to his brother and patted his face instead.

Otherwise physically he is tall and thin.
Very social.
Balanced features.
High energy.
Chronic loose stools.
Emotionally he has been more fragile lately- likely to cry when things don't go his way.
He prefers company to being alone. Dislikes wind.
Like to be held only briefly- deep strong hugs.
Really dislikes his head touched.
Sleeps well- up early
Likes both salty and sweet foods
Drinks a lot of water
Always warm

Has had some language usage issues, sensory issues (auditory processing- and the MRI would have been loud I think), and some social interaction issues.

It seems he is just seeking a lot of negative attention since the MRI.
And I need some help.

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks for the reply-
and for the clarity of dosage.

He has no vaccinations.
His last illness was a mild intestinal flu with vomit 2x nd diarreah for 1 day maybe 3 months ago.
Healthy kid, natural childbirth, 5 hours in length.
No antibiotics
limited tylenol.
Influenza at 18 mos
Rotavirus at 24 mos
both severe virus leaving him unable to walk for a few days after recovery (he is thin).
He usually gets a weepy right eye (chronic blocked tear duct and bad breath when sick.
With the last flu his stool was green and very smelly.
We have only recently gotten back to brown and stil have intermittant incredible smell, still loose as always (something I think is significant).

MRI was follow up from BEAM (special brain EEG) which showed a constructive abnormality in the left temporal region. The neurologist found auditory processing, language and social pragmatics, self regulation, and there are a few sensory issues which have been greatly improving with therapy, growth, and diet. He is on the Gluten and Casein free diets (never had much wheat and only goat milk all of which are gone now anyway).Cause of contructive difference could have been viral- but unknown.

His issues are subtle unless you know him or are a professional. He had a lot of rigid play schemes absence of pretend play and anxiety with change. Much of that is softer now- not gone. My understanding is that these are anxiety driven.

Worth mentioning- I bled for 3 months while pregnant. I had/have exceptional nutrition. He nursed for 1.5 years when he lost the ability to suck (I think this is very significant). He also lokst the ability to articulate the L sound. Those are the only skills "lost" and no professional finds that significant.

I had some testing done- it seemd he does not process mercury (environmental exposure) and tin as his hair test was very low for these. He was high for antimony- I eliminated the sippy cups and any non cotton pajamas. He is low in magnesium and zinc. Low in basophils. He had high Pyrolles in urine- which can be caused by the by products of red blood breaking down and they tend to like to eat zinc too.
Also significant to me is that I ordered a viral titers test and he came high (200 in a range of 0-20) for Epstein Barr. This virus can pass through a leaky gut and lodge in the Central Nervous System- as can many silent neuroviruses. I believe there is a chronic viral situation here.

I should also mention I became reactive (hives) to high lutein or high oxalate foods while pregnant. He was indulging these foods (spinach, almond butter, and apricots, ie) every day. Now they are eliminated or greatly limited.

Last thing I think is important is that I had a lot of ultrasounds- I don't knw about the electromagnetic issues/complications/residues there, but every shot he had his hands over his ears. As an infant until almst 3, sounds were debilitating in the sense that they either scared him or otally distracted his focus. Unable to filter out background sounds fom what is important. That being said he loves classical music and can identify Vivaldi, Yo Yo Ma, Bach, and Beethoven- not to mention a whole lot of other genres from Elvis to the Three Tenors. This musical interest is not obsessional or catalogueing in nature- it is just a heightened capability/ pleasure.

He takes a very high dose probiotic (Mindlinx) every day. And Green Vibrance. A multi (without copper). And an effervescent C with minerals. I just purchased a water ionizer to give him alkaline water and hopefully heal the intestinal loose stools.

I believe he is very sensitive/reactive to his environment and toxins. I believe a virus is stressing his system and affecting his ability to metabolize toxins and heavy metals.

I am new to this undersandig and am looking for an integrative health practicioner to help steer the boat.

Also should mention that when I consulted my homeopathy book- it recommended phosphorus for general anesthesia. I gave him one 30c pellet befor you responded. He has been much improved today.

I do have Nux Vomica 30c and 30x but not 200c. Should I start with what I have while I order the other?

no --dont give any nux-v if shown improvement with single dose of phos---do not repeat the phos--allow it t o work and see what symptoms left after allowing ...

what was mother's exact health status during pregnancy?prior to prgnancy?

what is biological family health history?

how/in what way does child interact with mom and dad?please explain

what explaination is given for his well defined ear for music? mother exposed to such during pregnancy?please explain

I have a connective tissue disorder- that is my collagen is a bit more flexible than normal-
This manifests as
low blood pressure-faint easily
lax ligaments
soft skin
misshapen diaphram and molars
Jaw hangs "open"
Mostly mild expressions
Bluish sclera
Generally weaker structure

I found low red count during pregnancy- this is probably due to taking too many anti-inlammatories for chronic low back pain in my early 20s.
I had a mild high thyroid (not enough to require treatment) and not have low thyroid- enough to require treatment.

I won't say being on bed rest was easy- I was stressed although positive. And weak from bleeding. His requirements of verbal support and attention beyond typical ranges (he was my first, now I have another and I see how he developed differently) was something I had limitless patience for- only now with the second I find myself angry that my first needs so much of me. This has been the biggest source of stress in the house since i was 8 months preg with my second- I cannot do as much for my first.

Prior and during pregnancy- I was fine except the bleeding. Ruben grew very well in utero- only thing notable is his heigth and head size are in 98%.

I did play music for him while on bed rest.

He has never been insecure about whether or not I am close ubtil recently, he will sometimes hide in my legs if he is worried by a person or situation. He has always been out exploring the boundaries. He is not totally deficient in the non-verbal aspects of relating, but my 11 month old is already using gestures in a way he never did. These are the social pragmatics I mentioned. It is simply described as inappropriate. Thigs he should pick up have to be explained. He may not remember to look at me when he's talking to me, but he also will sometimes catch my eyes and smile deeply. This often depends on if he is listening to something else or struggling with what he is saying. He is driven by my attention (mom). It is the gold standard. He adores his dad- laughing and rough housing. Because of his high activity level, he has never been a lap kid although we did attachment parenting and carried him around the city until he was 2.5, he moved into his own bed voluntarily 5 months ago. He cannot get enough of his brother. They get into giggling fits together just looking at each other. He laughs easily with all of (sometimes a little too loud) us. he usually prefers to have another person nearby and will wait until I finish whatever so I can join him. He is always multitasking, so when I try and catch him for a moment and hug he might change the subject a little too quickly. When he wats to be close he might pat my face or make some kind of sound instea of saying hello when he is happy t see someone. Right now he talks about prefering his dad because I am the disciplinarian- but everyone says he deeply wants me. He is a perfect gentleman when I am not around- so polite. And me he is giving a run for my money on many things.

He has a stammer sometimes- and speaks very quickly.
He can read english and has an ear for foreign languages. He can repeat what he hears with perfect accent. He counts to 20-25 in 4 or 5 languages and knows some phrases people have taught him.
He is engaging and warm to almost everyone.
People remember him.
He rarely forgets a name.

what is exact current status?

John Stanton last decade
The hitting has pretty much stopped.
i think what is left is just from experimenting with a new behavior and will be totally gone ina day or so.
Otherwise we have the ongoing issues we work with.
Inappropriate social engagements/relations (as described earlier)
Stammering and language pragmatics
Difficulty with non-verbal communication
General anxiety
Loose stools
Limited play repertioire- limited pretend capabilites
Various sensory issues
