understanding symptoms
could somebody please suggestwhere can i find explanations of the symptoms
for example:how to differentiate between boils,pimples,acnes,pustules,vescicles & other eruptions also the difference between gnawing,stitching,pulsating,drawing,aching & other types of pain.i think it is impossible to repertorise unleess one has the understanding of the above and other similar terms.kindly suggest a book or a web address

I was delighted to read your comments on your discovering this Homeopathic Forum.
You are a Homeopathic Consultant and you must know that the classical method of case taking which leads to diagnosis and treatment, is not the only method of using the remedies that are now available, numbering over 5000 in the alleviation of disease. As you state a good 90% of the cases can be treated by a specific remedy used to cure the ailment.
Many of us who try to help patients who post on this and other forums, are not qualified in Homeopathy but we do have the experience of many years in ths use of Homeopathic remedies. In my own case Homeopathy is only a hobby to which I was first introduced as a skeptic in 1968. However it was when I was cured of my frequent colds that I decided to read about this science and later to study it. It was much later that I decided to practice it as I do, here in Sri Lanka where I help anyone who seeks my assistance free of charge.
I have discovered a few remedies like Nat Phos and Arnica which I have used for many ailments that are not listed in the Materia Medicas in use today. Many classical homeopaths have tried to silence me and my method of diagnosis and treatment which is similar to the allopathic method of treating the ailment instead of the causative factors which have lead to it. For instance if a patient presents with Asthma my default remedy is Nat Sulph 6c in the split dose and this remedy usually cures this ailment in a few months. If however it does not help there are many other remedies which I use. I do not engage in a long case taking process to identify the remedy although with my Radar 9.1 software I am well able to do so in spite of the fact that it takes some time.
If you are interested in reading my viewpoint on this subject, I would recommend that you click on my name and read the many posts that I have made in defense of my method of treatment which I find is used by the majority of homeopaths throughout Sri Lanka and India and perhaps Pakistan, especially by those who treat over 50 patients daily when the use of the classical method will be quite impossible due to constraints of time.
I do hope that classical homeopaths who have been brainwashed into believing that this science can only be practiced in the classical manner with the usual long case taking process, will stop consider that another dimension of Homeopathy does exist by using remedies in the manner that a drug is used in medicine to help cure a disease.
Homeopathy is far too precious a science to be left solely to be practiced only by the classical school of homeopaths.
