Mother Tincture vs. Q Dilution - urgent help

Hi, Can anyone suggest me what is the difference between T.M on homeopathy liquid bottle vs. Q.

I feel I am missing something. I ordered Agnus Castus Q dilution liquid but received T.M. liquid from the store online hear from ABCHomeopathy.

I went and checked that T.M. means Mother Tincture. I have taken only 4 doses 5ml each.

I did not realize until I checked the bottle again that it is not Q dilution but T.M.

Have I have taken over dose? Should I try to reverse it? What should I do if I want to take Q. dilution instead of T.M. are they same?
