high blood pressure in the evening

I am a 68 yrs old man. I have been suffering from high blood pressure and H C M for long 10 years. Main complaint is exertion intolerance. I take a BP medicine and a beta blocker besides a lipid lowering drug.
BP is normal except during say 4 to 8pm when it rises to 140-165/85-90
Kindly advise how to keep BP in check always.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have to take STROPHANTHUS H 30
4 drops in half cup water twice a day
For 10 days it will help in all even IN HCM

Report after 10 days

Sudden high blood pressure
Now I have a peculiar problem. As you know I am on medication for control of high blood pressure. It remains normal almost always. But at 2 to 3 in the morning I wake up when BP rises to around 170/95/62. Then I have to take further medicines and a sleeping pill for the purpose. Surprisingly earlier such rise occured in the evening and morning say at 5am just after leaving my bed when only after some physical movements and daily chores blood pressure would fall to normal level.
I am also taking your prescribed medicine twice e ie at noon and in the evening when systolic pressure somewhat comes down gradually
but diastolic pressure seems to go up to some extent.I can not yet realise the effect of the medicine on my HCM as yet.
Placed for your wise advice and guidance.

It need very long term treatment
Echocardiography every 3 months also required for assessment

Continue with Strophanthus for 10 days
Report me after that

As I understand pressure rise in the evening is related to tension and worries. After taking Strophanthus H 30 there is some decrease in Systolic number while Diastolic pressure somewhat increases. I am on a blood pressure medicine and a beta blocker also. While rise in pressure occurs in the evening like in many of my friends abrupt spurt in blood pressure surely occurs occasionally when there is tension in mind. Further after waking up generally I find BP around say 150/90/52 but as I do some exercise and brisk walking it surprisingly comes down to normal level very soon.

I am a very nervous and fearful person. I am attaching an image of latest Echo cardiography report for your examination.
Placed for your apt advice.

Perhaps owing to size constraints it could not be attached. I am trying again doctor. However, the cardiologist hinted that my problem is non obstructive cardiomyopathy of moderate nature.
