Scoliosis in 12 year old boy
12 year old boy, 100 pounds weight, 4'11 height, calm natured. Normal built. Puberty may take 2-3 years per doc. Has gynecomastia slight. Was recommended R19 but did not give anything yet. Is there any homeo for preventing scoliosis from not getting worse? He is doing yoga now and we have an appointment with orthopedic surgeon per pediatric referral who may give him a brace but wanted to get homeo advise in parallel. Pediatrician said he is right on his growth spurt and monitor closely to not make it worse. Will update after orthopedic visit in 2 days. Thanks.X Ray report:

HISTORY: Positive scoliosis, pelvic tilt with elevated left iliac crest.
FINDING: AP lateral standing views of the thoracolumbar spine reveal very mild spinal asymmetry. For degree dextroscoliosis of the upper thoracic spine measured from T4 to T7. No congenital vertebral anomaly or subluxation. Patient is a Risser stage 0. Right iliac crest 8 mm higher than the left. Normal visualized chest and abdomen
IMPPRESION: Mild spinal asymmetry as above.

Is it safe to order this bio combo from helios uk phamacy (Calc fluor/ Calc phos/ Nat phos/ Silicea 6x).Also available in liquid form soft tablet, granules. If yes dosage pls or i already have all these in 6x Hylands brand, can I use those?
